Ayurveda is an ancient holistic healing system from India, the oldest known medical system that’s still alive today. Ayurveda uses gentle, natural methods to cleanse and purify the body, working in conjunction with (and not against) the body’s inner healing mechanisms.

Foundational Ayurvedic principles will be explained in this workshop, including the tendencies we each have for imbalance, based on the unique body constitution given to us at birth. You will learn to identify your own dosha in this workshop, understanding the unique qualities and circumstances that can cause you to go out of balance, and how to work with your own body type and natural tendencies. With this information you can more easily navigate through life, better understanding the subtle influences that can have lasting effects on your body.
