Fertility Yoga works on the entire body to create a balanced flow of energy.

Fertility Yoga is a must for any woman who plans to get pregnant one day. We will focus right away on renewal and cleansing. To purify our inner world to clear the way for receiving a beautiful soul. Includes cleansing breathwork, cardio and movement, leg strengthening exercises and meditation and visualization exercises at the end. We will do exercises that can’t be done once pregnant, such as “hara” pumping, which is a great exercise during the period in which you are preparing to conceive. On a spiritual level, hara pumping allows us to create our desires on the physical plane, and on the physical level it brings a lot of fresh oxygen and blood to the navel center and entire reproductive system, bringing more health and vitality to the entire area. All of these exercises work on multiple levels, not just in the physical plane as you will discover in class. We will also learn how to work with the nervous system so that we can remain calm in a state of high stress, such as during labor. Throughout the course, we will learn how to transmute pain into gratitude and gain a new appreciation for our role in the Divine process of birthing. This class is for any and all women no matter what stage you’re in. Come with an open mind  and an open heart, so that you may receive openly with love and grace to bless the fruit that you will bear.

  • Therapeutic breathing and belly pumping to energize the “hara”, the seat of the reproductive system.
  • Visualization and Meditation
  • Exercises to raise your vibratory frequency
  • Movement and fluid motions that are designed to help you align with universal energy and create more flow in your life.
  • You will learn mudras (hand postures) that can be used to enhance fertility and prepare the body for fertility.
  • Learn about glandular and hormonal health and how adopting a healthy yoga practice can stimulate the pituitary and pineal glands to release the hormones needed for optimal fertility.

Class is $29 and meets Mondays and Thursdays at 7am and 7pm. It is recommended that you take at least one class per week if you are trying to get pregnant. Two classes would be better than one.
