At no other time is rejuvenation so important than in the days, weeks and months following childbirth. Relax New Mama! You just did an incredible job! Sit back and bask in your glory of a job well done. The job isn’t over, as you know. Your little one depends on you, so keep your spirits high and your body nurtured by investing in much-needed rest and restoration practices. These can be done at home or at the Spa!

 

Dear Aspiring Mama – the first 40 Days After Birth is the Gateway to the rest of your life!  Make sure you have budgeted time and awareness for enough self-care practices during this sacred windos so that you are not overwhelmed, depleted and undernourished, both nutritionally and spiritually. Slow down and take the time to nest with your baby. This is not going to last long and you have the rest of your life to get back to the real world. For now your job is to do nothing, and take this time to rest and restore on a deep cellular level.
